Anxiety is a sickness that can adversely affect every side of an individual's life. A person who experiences anxiety may become panicked if a particular scenario happens. For example an individual that has anxiety about financial matters may experience a panic episode, stress and acute worry if their vehicle needs to be repaired or something breaks in the house. Someone that experiences anxiety at work might be looked over for promotions and raises.

Anxiety is fear and worry that may take charge of somebody's life. A person that has anxiety will learn to avoid certain situations that cause worry or panic. Through hypnosis an individual person can visualize themselves free from anxiety. The individual is able to "feel" how wonderful life is without anxiety and this in of itself will have an extreme affect.
