Start the day

By Ben Flaurine

1. Breathe deep through your nose, and breathe out

Begin the day you need to get right up and take deep breathes. Feed your lungs with breathe of fresh air.

2. Start your alarm clock and move it far away from yourself

If you have a busy day, you need to wake up on schedule. If you usually do not your entire day will be half - assed and dull, and more excuses will be found by you than reasons to have moving.

As time passes, you may perhaps not desire an alarm clock. who the hell really wants to get up by an alarm clock anyways?

3. Work out

This is absolutely essential.

Productivity and exercise goes hand in hand.

How was I able to transfer from a night-owl into a morning person?

It was simple. I simply placed my alarm clock on another room. This alarm clock is very loud, so it forces me to wake up and move into the other room. As I wake up I am grateful for waking up, and I take deep breathes in from my nose and out of my mouth. I prepared my gym clothes next to my bed, and as I did that I was already ready to go to the gym.

4. Re-train your subconscious mind through audio programming

Getting up and listening to music, reading Facebook status and emails are killing yourself.

Listen to educational audio related to your niche once you get up. This sound was per-meditated, meaning it really is not regurgitated garbage!

In the morning we tend to get negative and put yourself down, and we are subjected to reasons, put an iPod with education (not music) on in the morning to get in your groove!

5. Quality Morning meal

Eat something healthy and energizing, in the event that you hate cooking prepare the night before.

6. Goal and/or To-Do List

Create your "goal" or "to-do" list just before sleeping. When you wake up obtain it done! If your the type of individual who takes their time and energy to write a "to-do" list but you usually do not "to-do" anything... you have to minimize your list.

You are overwhelming your self - limit your list to the "3 Most Important jobs," cause them to become essential! Over the entire year you completed 1000 crucial jobs!

7. Get the annoying work out of the way!

There is always something we dread throughout the day. Toughen up and get that done first. From my experience, I procrastinate too much - and if I have a daunting target, I will just put it off. 'Get-er done!

8. Get your goals done as quickly as possible!

The quicker you can finish your to - do list - the faster you can do what you love, or the faster more work can be got by you done. Success loves speed- the faster you might be, the fastest your wishes become a reality.

9. Meditate

Close your eyes, keep your back straight, place both hands where ever you need, and start to become comfortable. When you first start meditating - attempt it for 10minutes for 2 weeks and bump it up 5-15 minutes every 2 weeks.

Meditation can help you focus and get clear about your goals.

10. Grin

Maybe your into affirmations or incantations (which are wonderful.) Unless you do this - just be glad for the afternoon and put a smile on your own face! It's going to release those "feel-good" compounds in the human brain!
