To better the performance of employees and all that matters in any organizations today, corporate training must be taken serious. It was called learning and development and human resources development, but over time, different names have emerged to replace them all and their is no end to names given to corporate training.

Even as corporate organizations work hard to harness the positive side of human training they are still looking at it whether the main divisions are synonymous. Another research carried out by the actual trainers in human development said that they are not synonymous but separate, and work hand in hand. The budget for human development training will continue to rise because of the increasing awareness of company's and wider acceptability it is now gaining among the corporate worlds.

Because of the position occupied by top managers and directors, they only have the authority to facilitate corporate training. Who among the organizational staff need this training most; they are the business planning team. The end result must be made known to the participants at the beginning to get them interested. Different departments are motivated by different factors; hence there may clashes in interests involving two or more department based on this.

Illiteracy is not just who did not go to school, but also those who cannot relearn new things. This training is a good tool to appraise the performance of staff in an organization and to motivate those that are committed to their jobs. Talent hunting among the members of an organization is a must if she wants to maximize the efforts and contribution of each staff. With talent development training, the problem of staff turnover will be reduced to the barest minimum, because each staff will be turned into useful asset which will enhance high productivity. Through training and retraining of staff, many successful organizations have been able to bring staff turn over, reduces loss in other area, and concentrate on development activities.

Traditional methods of training which is limited and narrow has given way to modern and all encompassing human development training in many organizations. The secret behind most 21st century companies that has made a success of human development training is their ability to tailor it to their own organizational goal to make it highly relevant to their activities. To help the bad situation brought about by the ailing world economy today, experts have said that proper training of staff can help reduce loses and aids companies in achieving their organizational goals.

If workers are not well motivated, even after training they will not be able to actualize what they have learnt, this is not a good development, and will make the resources spent on the project to be a waste. From the beginning, all employees must be brought to the awareness that training is one of the core objective of their organization and that they must key The factors affecting company's attitude to staff training are many and peculiar to each organization, every organization want to protect and advance every policy that promote profit at the expense of putting staff in disadvantaged position.
