Stress is an enemy of happiness. Stress can take both a physical and an emotional toll on your body. Take care of the stress you have in your mind by thinking clearly. Make time in your schedule each day to take a few minutes alone and clear your mind. This peaceful mental relaxation will refresh your mind, and improve your inner self.

Don't be disorganized anywhere in your life. Getting organized can give you a wonderful feeling of accomplishment, and staying organized will only increase your confidence.
